1. Missions
The products are shipped the next day from the day of your order, for security reasons, and will be sent by a courier company (general postal courier), for the fastest delivery to your place (in 1 or 2 days depending on the area you where you are & all island destinations up to 3 days delivery at your location). Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday. You will be informed by e-mail about the progress of your order.
2. Incorrect missions
If you receive a product that is different from the one of your choice, you should inform us by phone or via  e-mail, at our phone or at our address listed in the "Contact Us" section of our website , within 14 days of receipt. You will be given instructions for returning and replacing it at no charge to the customer.
3. Changes
If you wish to exchange the product you have purchased and have not used, you may contact us by telephone or e-mail at our telephone number or address listed in the "Contact Us" section of our website within 14 calendar days of the receipt. You will not be charged   with return costs for purchases worth more than 100 euros, otherwise you will contact us for further procedures, and you will have the right to choose a different product of equal or greater value from the same season the order was placed (winter/summer). In the event that the customer wants to make a second change to the same product, then he will be charged with the return and shipping costs. In any other case where the customer is not satisfied with the purchase he has made, has not used the product and is within 14 calendar days of receipt, he further has the right to return the product he has purchased and request a refund of the price paid as provided by the Greek legislation for the protection of the consumer (right of withdrawal from the completed sale) and will be charged with the return costs. In any case (return - exchange) the product must be accompanied by a legal document (receipt - invoice).
4. Case of defective product
If the product is found to be defective by the manufacturer within 60 days of purchase, and is not repaired by a specialist, then it can be returned and replaced. You must notify us by phone or e-mail within this period. The customer will not incur any return costs.
5. Protection of personal data
The information voluntarily provided by the users of our website ( is secured as confidential and is used exclusively by our company in order for users to have direct contact with our stores for any questions they may have, to send information and offers for promotional purposes of our company and finally for the execution of any order. The processing of your personal data is governed by these terms, by the relevant provisions of the Greek and EU legal framework for data protection, including the General Data Protection Regulation GDPR (2016/679) and the relevant decisions, guidelines and regulations that issued by the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.

6. Security of card transactions
All payments made using a card are processed through the online payment platform PayPal. Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

Finally, the use of the website constitutes a presumption that the User/Customer expressly and specifically consents to Loving Soles Podiatry's transmission or sharing of Customer details (specifically name/store, address, order quantities) to specific Suppliers following their relevant requests, with for the purpose of informing them regarding the resales in Greece, the optimization of the distribution system and ultimately the better service of the general transactional relationship created between the parties pursuant to this Agreement. Loving Soles Podiatry informs the User/Customer that it retains its legal rights deriving from personal data legislation and in particular the right to information, the right to access and the right to object. Especially for the exercise of the right of access and the right of objection, Loving Soles Podiatry is entitled to demand the payment by the Customer of a reasonable fee, an amount equal to the maximum allowed amount determined from time to time by the Personal Data Protection Authority.

2. Security

Loving Soles Podiatry recognizes the importance of the issue of the security of the personal data of the Users/Customers of the website and makes every reasonable effort, with the most modern and advanced methods, to ensure their security. However, Users/Customers should be aware that sending confidential information via e-mail is not the most secure way of communication, as it always involves the risk of reading this information by third parties.

3. Cookies

Like most websites, this one also uses cookies, so that Loving Soles Podiatry has access to certain information every time a User/Customer browses the website. Without cookies it would be impossible for Loving Soles Podiatry to offer the Website Users/Customers important services such as order status, storing products in the cart, etc.

Can I change my purchase?
Yes, you have two options:

1, You can return your online purchase in person, you will receive a refund   and you can make a new purchase.
2, From your home, if you have requested the return service and make a new purchase online.

Is there a charge if I request an exchange or return?
No. Changes and returns are free.

How much time do I have to make an exchange or return?
All returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of the shipment confirmation email.   More information in the Terms of purchase.

Loving Soles Podiatry reserves the right to refuse returns notified or shipped outside of the specified time frame or returns of products that are not in the same condition as received.

How do I make an exchange or return?
If it's in the same country/region where the purchase was made and has the department the product comes from - women's, men's, kids. Only returns are possible.

Residential: We will send a carrier to pick up your return at the address you choose.

Can I exchange or return any item?
Yes, as long as they are in perfect condition and with their respective tags. Please note the following exceptions:
Shoes: must be returned in full original packaging. Unbearable.
Treatment products: Treatment products must be returned in their original packaging, sealed.

When will I be refunded the value of the product I am returning?
You will receive the amount in the same payment method you used for your purchase, within an estimated time of 10-14 days, depending on your bank.
